We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you can return it to us within 30 days.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligible items
- We accept returns of both defective (faulty or damaged) and non-defective items, including items you simply changed your mind about.
- Items must be returned in new condition: unused, with all original parts, accessories and packaging.
- Used or second-hand items are not accepted for return unless they are faulty.
Return costs
Returns are free. There is no cost and no restocking fee.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, size or colour, tell us when you contact us and we will arrange it.

Returns are made in store. Please bring the item, with proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number), to:

How to return an item

- Bring the item in its original packaging to our store at the address above.
- We will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 days. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra working days for the money to appear in your account.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will offer a free replacement, exchange or full refund.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
